2. Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice governs public access to the DTS website and provides information about its owner. Use of account, scoring and supplier network features is also subject to the Terms of Use; purchases of DTS Verified are subject to the Purchase Terms; and personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Access and use of the website
Users agree to use the website lawfully, without attempting to access systems, accounts, documents or data belonging to others without authorization, or to disrupt DTS. NALLAM may take proportionate technical and legal measures in response to abusive or unlawful use.
4. Information about DTS
DTS provides business cybersecurity information and scores under its own methodology. A score or verification badge is not an official certification and does not guarantee the absence of incidents. The features and terms of the assessment and DTS Verified are explained in their respective contractual documents.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The website's content, designs, distinctive signs, software, databases and other elements belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Access to the website does not transfer any rights. Links, badges and QR codes expressly made available by DTS may be shared in accordance with their terms of use and without altering or falsifying the displayed information.

The website may link to third-party pages. NALLAM does not necessarily control their content or availability and accepts no responsibility for them except where required by law. Including a link does not imply an endorsement or commercial association.
7. Availability and security
NALLAM will take reasonable measures to maintain the website's operation and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond its control. This does not affect any liabilities that apply by law.
